Grenco memberships

All of our memberships options include access to a members portal where you can book desks, meeting room and phone booth as well as manage your payment methods and membership type.

5 days

$145/month ($29/day)

This part time membership includes 5 days (40 hours) a month. Enjoy the flexibility of booking as you need without being locked into a specific day or desk!

Note: bookings must be made via the member portal prior to arrival (at least 24hour in advance). Minimum desk booking is 8 hours (1 day).

12 days

$348/month ($29/day)

This part time membership includes 12 days (96 hours) a month. Enjoy the flexibility of booking as you need without being locked into a specific day or desk!

Note: bookings must be made via the member portal prior to arrival (at least 24hour in advance). Minimum desk booking is 8 hours (1 day).

Full time

$430/month ($21.50/day)

Our full time membership guarantees you the same desk 5 days a week! No need to lug your belongings back and forth, store them at your desk and travel light.

As a full timer you don't need to worry about booking your days, simply come and go as you please knowing your desk only has eyes for you.

Sign up for our free casual membership and enjoy the freedom of booking and paying for your desk or meeting room as you need when you need.

No hidden fees, no minimum booking obligations, pay for what you use.

Mornington Coworking

With 9 desks available, we’ve created a dynamic fresh space to work and be productive.

The space is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Enjoy free tea and coffee and access to our lounge/chillout area, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor balcony.

You can book a desk on a casual basis using our free casual membership or sign up to one of our paid membership options so you can reserve the same desk. If take up a full time membership, you can set up your own space to your liking, with a cancel any time policy. 

Please note if you cancel your membership your place is not on hold.

 

How to book?

Booking at Grenco is easy! Contact us to sign up for one of our paid membership plans or sign up to our free casual membership now to book desks or the meeting room as and when you need. We provide all the furniture, all you need to do is bring yourself and your laptop.

Please note: Paid memberships are billed monthly.

A few guidelines

We have a set of guidelines so our synergy doesn’t get out of balance, and you can enjoy a great co-working environment.

We will be asking for your feedback on these guidelines as it’s important the space can evolve. Looking forward to seeing you at grenco for your next productive work day!

Common courtesy

As a shared workspace, we ask that you respect your fellow members by striving to use the space as a quiet and focused work environment.

Within the primary work area you will keep work conversations on the phone, or with other co-workers to a fair level. Please respect if anyone asks you to be quiet.

Lively conversation should be relegated to the kitchen area, meeting room, or outside.

Phone ringers are to be turned down.

No smoking allowed in any areas including outdoor balcony. If you need to smoke please kindly walk to the local park at the end of the lane.

PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE UNWELL.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all our members, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming in if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Your health, and the health of our coworkers, is our top priority.

If you need to reschedule your booking due to illness, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re happy to assist you with finding an alternative date that works for you.

We are a smoke-free zone in all areas including the outdoor balcony. If you want to smoke please kindly walk to the local park at the end of the lane and put cigarette butts in the bin.

Aesthetic

Considerable thought has been put into the look and feel of the grenco Mornington Coworking space. We ask tenants not to bring their own furniture as it affects the consistency of the space. Additionally, we ask members not to place anything including artwork on the walls without asking.

Kitchen
We offer free tea and coffee and have appliances for you to heat and toast your goodies. All other stocked items in the fridge are personal to your fellow workers.

Take any of your leftover food with you, we clear out the fridge at the end of every day to avoid any nasty surprises growing in there.

Please be mindful to leave the kitchen area and appliances how and where you found them.

If you do not know how to use our coffee machine just ask, we are more than happy to point out the features and buttons to use.

Cleanliness
We ask that you keep your desk areas clean, and empty your own rubbish into the larger bins provided (under the sink, or near front entrance) at the end of each day.

All dishes that are dishwasher safe should be put in the dishwasher.

The stove and other appliances should be cleaned after use (all cleaning products are kept under the sink).

The toilet should be treated as your own, please flush and keep the space tidy. Lights out when not in use.

Spare toilet paper and air freshener are kept under the sink in the bathrooms.

Electricity, heating & cooling
The space will be kept at reasonable temperatures so that we don’t overheat or over-cool the space. No fan heaters or other space heaters are permitted.
Network at our Mornington Coworking space
No inappropriate use, illegal torrenting,  piracy, or offensive content viewing.

We offer fair use of the network & Internet resources but if you need to download or upload something extremely large please advise management prior to doing so.

Printing
We offer free black and white printing (max 20 copies). Colour copies are $0.60 each, black and white outside of the 20 copies allocated is $0.15.
Be Friendly
Coworking communities are excellent sources of information, knowledge, leads and skills, as you get to know your neighbours, you’ll find ways to help out each other.

Just remember, go in with the mindset of helping without the expectation of anything in return. Trust me, those favours will come back to you at some point, and you’ll make some amazing connections along the way.

Please respect each others time, space and boundaries by keeping chatter to the communal areas only.

Promote with Social Currency
Many coworking spaces find their business through word of mouth so if you’ve had a great experience we’d love for you to promote our Mornington Coworking space to your network.
Don’t be a time bandit
We want you to make the most of your working day, but please respect that the hours of business at Mornington Coworking space are 9am – 5.00pm, please don’t assume that because others are still there that you don’t need to leave.

Management will begin closing the office at 4.45pm and all tenants are expected to leave by 5.00pm.

Liability
Grenco Coworking Space does not take responsibility for any valuables left on the premises

If you break it you fix it, this applies to all equipment, furniture and fixtures.

What hours are the desks available?

The office is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday.

What is your refund policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time but we don’t offer refunds.

Please ensure you update your membership if you don’t wish to continue or contact us to cancel it for you.

Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving co-working space. If you are not thrilled with your time at Grenco or are not enjoying the experience, then please let us know.

How private is it?
This is a coworking space so you will be working in the same room as others. If you need to make private phone calls or skype calls we have a privacy booth available which is used on a shared basis.

You can also book the meeting room when it’s available for extended calls or skype meetings. The balcony is also a great place to pop out to make personal calls.

Can I split my day in half?
If you book a day it’s for only one calendar day.
Where can I park?
You can park in the carpark at the shops along the front of the Dava Drive shops or along Seaton Road.

Please do not park in the driveway at the rear of the shops as this is for client parking and Grendesign.

Can I bring clients/people?
There is enough space to comfortably have one client meet with you at your desk. If you have any more than 1 it may get a little crowded in the coworking area.

Remember it is a shared space so please respect the others in the office.

Can I bring my kids
As much as we love them, they don’t always make for the most productive workday. Out of respect to others using the space (and the sake of a productive day for yourself), we do ask that you don’t bring your little ones into the office.
What is the minimum I can book?
Get in touch to arrange a free tour of the space at which point we can discuss the best options for you.
Can I play my own music?
We have office music playing softly. If you’d like to listen to your own music please bring along your headphones.
Can I bring my pet?
We love pets but out of consideration to everyone in the space please leave your furry friends at home.
